I got into real estate 10 years ago when I went to sell my home, and my agent wanted to charge me a total of 6% to list it. That was going to cost me tens of thousands of dollars! So, I decided to get my license and sell it myself. After that experience, I knew I had to help others like myself save their hard-earned equity.


Now, as a listing agent specializing in Davis County and serving clients from Logan to Lehi, I only charge 1% instead of the traditional 3% that other agents charge. I still provide the same professional service—hiring a professional photographer, staging if needed, hosting open houses, and leveraging digital marketing. I know it sounds too good to be true, but I’ve always believed in treating others the way I want to be treated, and that's exactly what I do!
